    Splitting time between Barcelona and Montreal, with a short trip to Albacete planned for late May.

    • Net-new full-time roles — I'm only taking fractional engagements right now.
    • Generic agency-style retainers without strategic ownership.
    • Speaking gigs that aren't a strong topic match.
